Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery. Eligible products can be returned or exchanged provided they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. Once your return request is approved, our team will guide you through the return process and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
